Schaumburg cheer is an athletic program full of passionate athletes, families, and coaches that continue to work at bettering our athletes' skills.

Our 24/25 year consists of three parts:

1. Summer Camps:

June & July Dates

Skill evaluations are held in June

2.Football Season: Tryouts will be held in August

3. Competitive Season: Tentative Tryout meeting TBD in October

2014 -- 13th at state

2015 -- state qualifier

2016 --14th at state, 2nd in Conference, 1st Belvidere North

2017 -- 20th at state

2019 -- 22nd at state

2020 -- 2nd in Conference, 21st at state

2021 -- CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS

2022 -- 1st at RM, CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS, 17th at State

2023 -- 2nd at RM,3rd LZ, CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS, 2nd at sectionals, 10th in the STATE.

2024 -- 1st at RM, 1st at Huntley, CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS, SECTIONAL CHAMPIONS,8TH IN STATE

Head Coach

Coach Bel is a 6th year Saxon! She comes to SHS having cheered in high school at Prospect and at DePaul University. Coach Bel teaches PE/Wellness at SHS. This is her 11th year coaching.

Coach Tyler Teague

Assistant Varsity Coach

Coach Tyler is a 4th year Saxon! He comes to SHS having cheered 4 years in high school at Conant and in the all-star world. He also was an NCA staffer. Coach Coach Tyler has several years of experience.
